  • Please note that car fleets worldwide are different; sometimes we can’t guarantee the availability of definite car brand in our partners’ fleet.

What is the advantage of rent a car via Internet?

  • If you reserve via Internet you can get 5% discount for rent a car.

What does “only car group guaranteed” mean?

  • If car group has more than one brand, you can get any of them. Preferences of car brand are considered but not guaranteed.

How can I get Sixt discount card?

  • It is necessary to fill in a special application on the site.
  • You can get cards of different levels depending upon rental numbers per year.
  • Cards are made during 2 months, but number of this card you can get during 1 month and reserve with a discount.

How can I carry in a car deposit? When can I get it back?

  • Deposit can be carried in by credit card.
  • Unblocking of deposit on credit card is occurred during 10 working days (1 month maximum) after car return

What should I do in case of accidents and breakdowns?

  • In case of accident it is necessary to warn Sixt manager immediately, call into the Police and sign all necessary documents. All documents should be witnessed with stamp.

How can I get a discount with airline card, hotel or bank?

  • If you reserve a car via call-centre it is necessary to let us know about partner’s card availability. When you get a car in the office you need to have this card.
  • If you reserve a car via site choose bonus program from the list in the reservation form or point its availability in the comment field.

During what period before car rental should I reserve a car?

  • Minimum before 24 hours.

How can I cancel a car reservation?
