General Terms and Conditions.

Minimal rental time is determined by car model:
for A, B, C, D category - 5 hours minimum.
for E, F, G, H, I, J, K category - 3 hours minimum.
200 km mileage per day included.
Short rentals (calculated by hours) are subject to 1 hour fee for the delivery.
Prolongation of rental is estimated in 30 minutes.
Cancellation: 3 hours minimum in advance.

Extra service and extra charges.

Night time (22.00-8.00) rental is subject to 20% service fee.
Rental over 12 hours is subject to charge 30 Euro for driver’s exchange.
24 hours driving service for extra charge 180 Euro.
Guide service on request – 25 Euro per 1 hour

Conditions of Payment.

Chauffeur Drive is fully prepaid service.
All rates and charges are calculated in EUR and converted into RUB (Russian Rouble) according to the average exchange rate of the Central Bank of RF based on the date of the transaction.
Visa, Master Card, Eurocard, American Express, Diner’s Club cards are accepted.
Cash payment is accepted. 200 km mileage per day included.
VAT (18%) included.

All rates and conditions are applicable within limits of Moscow and Moscow region.
All rates and conditions are applicable to VIP taxi, which is a similar service.
